Tip: Press Kit
No matter what business you’re in, make it easy for those in the promo department (like me) to promote you. At the very least have a simple page on your website called Press Kit or Media. Include a brief bio/blurb about yourself/company, associations and memberships that are relevant, a photo or graphic in a high resolution that others can use. Also consider a few brief testimonials or reviews. Also include a link to your email address or your contact page in case there’s a question or they’d like an interview.
One last piece of advice, make this page easy to find. Don’t make me hunt for it.
